Board 8 > Playing these Ambassador games helped me realize a few things

(+) Yeah! (+)

- I'm not longer absolutely terrible in Balloon Fight. I can even get the stages to start looping again.
- I enjoy playing Zelda 2 more than Zelda 1.
- Super Mario Bros is hard to play with the D-Pad so low
- Yoshi is still ridiculously addictive
- DKJr is better than Donkey Kong so we got the better deal
- Ice Climber still dumb
- Wrecking Crew and NES Open Tournament Golf are the only two games I haven't played before. What a joy to increase my repertoire. NESOTG seems really hard though. The swing speed is ridiculous.
- Still think the next Metroid game should feature green haired samus

Yeah, I'm really worried about the DPad being so low. There's a fair amount of games on the regular DS where a DPad would be preferred to a circle pad, so I'm kind of worried that there are going to be more of those games than games utilizing the Circle Pad well...

And Yoshi is pretty fun, in a dumb, sort of pointless time eating way.

Can't safely say II > I but damn both Zelda games are great.

But I have both Zeldas and Mario on the Wii already, so Metroid's where its at.

I dunno whether it's the controls of the pads but frankly, I don't particularly enjoy playing SMB with the D-Pad or circle pad thing. Zelda 2 is just plain and simple more enjoyable than Zelda 1 to be quite honest. Metroid's not bad, but Zero Mission is just so absurdly better, playing Metroid just makes me anticipate getting the ZM download for my Ambassador 3DS even more.
