That would sell systems. Wii VC is the same stuff you can get in... other ways, but on a handheld, that would be something. (Yeah, I know, PSP etc.)

What piracy? You can't even pirate DSi games, can you? On 3DS, all the pirates are waiting for the next update to see how the guinea pigs do, and that's just for DS games.

Oh, I didn't even say anything about transferring purchases. It'd be nice, though. Maybe you could link your Wii store account to your Club Nintendo.
