They were awesome, and frequently showcased such events that not even today's consoles commonly display. Like Bahamut vs Alexander in ff9 or the Squall vs Seifer dual. Idk, they just don't seem to translate as well to FMV. FF13 had CG, and they were pretty damn awesome.
