Not for a while. JRPGs aren't a huge priority for most Japanese devs right now.

That's as likely as a Suikoden 6 being made.

I would kill for an HD Suikoden Collection. Or as revenge for Konami disbanding the team.

They need to release Suikoden 2 on PSN. It's money waiting to be made. Customers are willing to pay $90 a pop for the thing.
