It is covered on all sides by a six foot wall. None of the neighbors have two-story homes, and I think their homes may be on slightly lower elevation. The only way anyone could see me is if they were making a conscious effort to peer over our wall.

I do what Ninten-Don't.

I guess I could keep clothes handy. I don't really care if neighbors see (not that I'm a Brad Pitt or anything, so I dunno why they'd be staring); I just don't want to get in any legal trouble. Just want a full body tan, that's all!

It's kinda pointless in this sun and temperature. My upper body got so much darker in a matter of days. I just want the rest of me to look the same cuz right now, the difference between my upper and lower body is pretty goofy.

Also, people have been charged with indecent exposure for being naked on their own property before. It feels like the penalties are so disproportionately severe compared to the act here that you might as well not do it, even if the chance of anything bad coming from it is very low.

I am not sure how you would reasonably get caught...

If a neighbor DID go out of there way to see you, it is there word against yours (and even then it is a silly thing to make a police call "but officer...he was n-n-n-naked!")

If they videotape you or take pictures for the ever important evidence, then you could probably raise an uproar and sue them >_>;;

So, what is your geographical location again? Google maps might be watching you o_o

I'm kinda worried about Google Earth now, too. I know the odds of me getting captured (and found) there are infinitesimally small, but no nude man can look impressive from such a distance.
