Just weighed myself before and after a buffet. I pushed myself pretty hard (was there for a solid 90 minutes) and only gained 3.6 pounds. That's including two beers and a Coke as well. My world's greatest dream of finishing that 72 oz Texas steak in under an hour has been officially and unequivocally shattered.

And I'm now sure that there are tons of 95 lb Asian chicks who can work me at a buffet. Emasculating day. =(
