Hmm, I think allowing this kind of thing will open the door for other cosplay/costume wearers that portray already established characters. I can already think of a few that deal with costumes and I don't want this turning into Guy in Yoshi suit vs. Guy dressed as Wolverine. So I think I'm going to have to disallow that unless I get a lot of objections from people who argue that the costume-wearer in question is so radically different that he/she/it warrants a spot as their own character.
