I would say Extha gave up to easy on the idea of a league, but to be honest, 20 teams, and 38 fixtures for each is a BIG ask, and a BIG project for just one person.
Therefore I am going to dumb it down slightly, and go with 10 teams of 3v3 to put in to a league.
You HAVE to be dedicated to this, if i see your name signed up and i've never seen you play before and doubt your dedication, you will be replaced with someone i know who can commit. If you can convince me that you will be commited on the other hand, then i will reconsider.
Saying that, the commitment is basically to play all your matches. There will be no set fixture list and times, basically play your matches when you can, you can play both home and away fixtures in one go if you so wish. I will post all fixtures up in a hub topic, and its your job to work your way through them. Simply screencap the final score, and keep track of goalscorers and post it in the topic.
There will be a 5 minute time limit, no score limit, set on Big Easy.
All you have to do is sign up. Teams will most likely be randomised. Or I may choose captains and do a live draft.
good luck, this way you are still going to get non-dedicated randoms who only post to sign up. I would just let signups happen in the REVIVAL topic in all honesty.

In the long-term, which begins just under two weeks from now, I will be starting up school again and my schedule is a bit wacky. I will not be available late at night on Sundays and Tuesdays and may or may not be available during the days at all, depending if I get a job and/or join more clubs than what I am currently a part of

Yeah school starts in 3 weeks for me and I've got 18 credits, the school show, being the editor for our literary magazine, and doing the writing for our football (soccer) team on my plate, so haxball will definitely be on the back burner.
Well i dont really want to give a distinct time limit on getting fixtures done, so if you can only play on weekends, that wouldnt be too much of a problem as long as you get several matches done. As I said, you can do home and away matches in one sitting if both teams agree. Everyone just plays them when they want to. And i cross off the fixtures as they go.
I've got an idea for making teams. After 30 players signup, we have everyone rank their top 15 players, giving +15, +14, +13, etc to their top 15. That should get us a top 20 ranking or so, even if all 30 people don't give ranking.
After that, the top 10 are put into one hat. 11-20 put into another hat, and likewise for 21-30.
You draw one name from Hat 1, one from Hat 2, and one from Hat 3 to make a team until all 10 teams are drawn.
How's that sound? Would definitely balance things out, and it will force people to learn teamwork.
Seeding players for even teams sounds like a good idea. Although to be honest, I'd probably just have Ayv decide it rather than go through the rigmarole of voting.
