THE INFINITE thoughts:

-third panel shows feet! and anatomy that isn't bad! I bet they did this on purpose, just to show liefeld isn't as awful as we all think (lol)
-...next panel, shows two men's faces, and they look EXACTLY the same, except one is scowling with his mouth slightly open and the other isn't. also one is wearing a hat.
-liefeld STILL draws the uggliest guns
-and he still can't center eyes right
-SCOWL BLOOD GRRR SHOOT
-every single hit here is a headshot. did kirkman write that down or did liefeld just figure that this universe works that way
-a few "how did that happen" moments so far, and not the good kinds
-oh god he still doesn't know how the female anatomy works what the hell
-lots of time travel related plot holes already. there's no explanation of how things work if you f*** up the time stream-- do you slowly fade like marty mcfly or what? I guess it'll be covered later but I can imagine this series being full of time travel clusterf***s. I have faith in kirkman though
-the plot and writing are both solid. I really wish kirkman picked a better artist, but he and liefeld are apparently buds
-there are STORE EXCLUSIVE VARIANTS. wow.

a solid 7/10. the art is bad but like it's liefeld so whatever. plot is good. sets everything up well. hope it comes out regularly!

our owner decides how much we get of each. we do get a lot of the important stuff, but he doesn't believe tiny series (even good ones) bring in enough business so he gets like two-four of each. sometimes only one of each. originally we were only getting in one of THE INFINITE but my manager was like "nu uh" and changed it to 15 while my boss wasn't looking

and those 15 are probably going to go fast tomorrow!! I don't think it was enough

I'm just upset that they can't at least keep things consistent. it hasn't been good at all but the lineup was decent enough. some solid heavy hitters and classics mixed with newbies.

now it's probably gonna just be "let's make it as close to the avengers movie as possible" time and that's boring. we've seen enough of the classic lineup.

IRON AGE SPOILERS



Iron Man has to travel through different points in time to gather parts of a Doom time machine to prevent an apocalypse.

He first goes back to the point where his alcoholism was at it's worst.

Then he goes to different points to work with Captain Britain and Johnny Storm (where he tries to give him advice that will help him survive without being specific).

That's all I remember so far.
