Kinda shady, if they could get 12 characters ready for UMvC3 in November, surely they could have gotten at least two pairs of 2 characters ready by now. Several other companies had to delay DLC significantly due to the earthquake/tsunami (Koei/Tecmo being an example). I figure, they were planning on releasing Ultimate eventually anyway, but because the EQ set them back in their DLC plans, they decided to just save that content for the disc update and just bring that out a little sooner.
