Board 8 > Finally watched through How I Met Your Mother season 6. (Spoilers)

In the first episode, I bet my gf that the wedding was Barney and Robin's, and she was like no way that's impossible.

Then in the end of the last episode I got to say HA! IN YOUR FACE.

Though it's not confirmed he's marrying Robin, but it's kind of obvious. Still quite possible to turn it around though and have it be some other girl, but it's most likely Robin. And even if it isn't, I was still half right.

So I know this show hasn't been as good as it was in the first few seasons, but I really enjoyed 6. Had genuinely funny moments, and the drama wasn't terrible, actually I found it quite touching at times.

What has impressed me is Barney.

They handled his character development so much better than Friends handled Joey, for example. Really good.

I also think Lily and Robin were much less annoying this season, especially Robin. She actually made me laugh a few times, something she only managed to do ONCE in FIVE SEASONS.

Oh but there was one thing that REALLY annoyed me in season 6. Barney was going to lose his job if Ted didn't back him up, and yet he still considered siding with Zoey. That's horrible. If Ted sided on destroying the building, he would lose a girl that he was gonna lose at some point anyway, if he sided with her, he would keep a girl that he was going to lose anyway and cost one of his best friends a job. That shouldn't have been a conflict after Barney's job became a factor. And if Zoey was the one, she wouldn't want Ted to put his friend's job on the line just to make her happy.

That really angered me.
