Last year I had a teacher who appears on Dutch TV shows every now and again.

A guy I know used to be in a band who once had a song charted on the Dutch pop charts.

Don't know anyone personally who is internationally known, though.

uh, i have met a lot of famous people but i dunno if i really "know" any of them. I am acquaintances with some people from the band random encounter, which i guess is mildly well known amongst giant nerds.

The chick who plays Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter went to the same Primary school and High school as me. We were never close, but I knew who she was and she knew who I was.

Edit: Liam Butcher from Eastenders is the brother of someone I used to be friends with. I always hated that kid >=(
