My dad and I are going to court on trying to appeal our Denial of a Personal Protection Order. However, my dad failed to meet requirements in his divorce settlement (he didn't sell items from the house and other stuff). If he goes in for the PPO, can he be put in jail for the other thing?

I guess what I'm trying to say is can this judge (who is the same judge for the divorce) go after him for him not following the divorce judgment. Like, he won't show up to court tomorrow and have the judge throw him in jail for 14 days.
Honestly, I'm trying to look this s*** up on google and I don't know what I'm supposed to look up. I know nothing about legal issues so it's all too much for me. I just don't want my dad to go to jail tomorrow.

If there is a warrant out for his arrest, then yes.
If not, no. They won't suddenly decide, hey while this dude is here lets get a warrant for him. If a warrant is out for him though, they'd be coming to get him anyway so there wouldn't be much to do at that point.
