Last time I played through, I got to Part III (with human civilization) and lost interest, mainly because I was consulting a guide every couple of minutes to figure out what the hell I was supposed to do. Thankfully, Parts I & II are just as excellent as I remembered! Seriously, the opening act of Terranigma is probably the best in any RPG.
Hopefully I can actually finish the game this time!

For the most part, they tell you where you're supposed to be going. From the monk village to the desert town, across the Lost Woods desert place, then you just kind of keep going westward

Couple spots really tripped me up, like the Zombie Village and the fetch quest at the castle. What to do is sometimes pretty obscure. Then again, I'm almost done with Part II, so we'll see if that's still the case the second time through!
