Kingdom Hearts side games are like the Star Wars expanded universe. And yes I mean that as an insult.

The Xehanort part of the Kingdom Hearts saga will end with KHIII, he said. He currently has a framework of some form in place for the continuation of the series after that, and Sora will remain as main character

Well, to be fair, the only one of the spinoffs I've played since KH2 is 358/2 Days, so I haven't really kept up with the general direction of the series since then.

I guess I need to play Re:Coded one of these days, and hopefully BBS will get some sort of HD remake for PS3.

It's not even that I mind a new arc(though I'd prefer having a new main character).

It's just that...it took how long to get to this point again? How long will the next trilogy take?
...How old is Nomura?

I'm looking forward to Dream Drop Distance.

I mean yeah, I want KH3, but obviously Nomura doesn't have all the details ironed out yet, not even close. So it'd be silly for him to start production, because I'd rather the third game be as perfect as it can be. I just hope it doesn't take 10 years.

So I hope Dream Drop Distance is good.

Re:Coded is pointless to the story though. BBS is fantastic in all ways, including story, and it offers a lot. You should buy a PSP just to play that game. I did. Though I also found a few other games for the PSP that I liked enough.

Not all ways.

The worlds are scarce and bland ( Not as bad as days but still bad compared to Kh2 or 1.) The story starts off really slow and arguably bad. And playing the game three times over to get the full story is bull****.

But everything else is near flawless, especially gameplay.

Playing through each story isn't that bad, since you usually go to different parts of each world for each character.

Re:coded is also amazing to play.

The worlds aren't as bad in BBS as they are in KH2. Well, they're about the same to me. I guess there isn't as many, but overall, they're pretty much just as linear as they were in KH2. KH1 did it the best when it came to exploring the worlds and such.

I don't think the story started off bad, maybe a bit slow, I don't know, but it was just the beginning, the story got incredible and emotional later on. And I enjoyed playing through three times, each with a different character and different experiences. It was great.

I would've answered with "the gameplay wouldn't hold u p to so many new incarnations"

but then I played BBS and god damn I am fully prepared to play the KH series for the gameplay alone
