I just finished up Episode 3. And though I'm completely perplexed by the final puzzle, I'll venture on. Not sure if I'll get to Episode 4 right away, but I wanted this topic up before the other one fills up and I lose everything.

Better than Kyrie? SURELY YOU JEST! and Episode 1 Natsuhi trumps Episode 2 Rosa soooooooo much that it carries over into the other episodes where they don't do much. And Eva? I like her poison tongue more than the Doubleslap technique.

Interesting statement for the episode. We're exploring outside a bit? Hmm. Also, still haven't figured out Nanjo's cause of death. What would you say is the average percent of players who figure it out before they open Episode 4? I don't want Maria's rose to be the only thing I solve in this game.
Checking the Nanjo situation: - In response to multiple personalities, she only said Jessica's eyes were blocked and murder impossible. In white, she says the body could not have been used. Does Jessica have multiple personalities? Eva? Battler? Her body, but not her mind? I'm not seeing any loopholes aside from a dead person doing the deed.
Nanjo tripped over a body, fell looking into his or her face, and it somehow triggered a gunshot into his face? Or stabbing motion?
Whatever. I'm sure I'll figure it out someday.
ONTO EPISODE 4! I tire of this mystery.

I would guess it is low, but not that low. I'd elaborate on why, but that might give you more hints than you want. =]
I didn't figure it out, but I figured out next to nothing in Umineko. I got caught up in the story and stopped thinking.

Yeah, I didn't really figure out much of anything while I was reading it. It wasn't until after the fact and talking with people about it that I started figuring things out.
- Helicopter! Or plane! lol Battler. Pervy Rudolf is hilarious. - Ooh, ANGE and Bernkastel in frozen time. Poor ANGE. - Love the new credits. Ange, Virgilia, the golden stacks, the shoulder war towers, the stakes and Locus blades. Excellent stuff. I do miss the creepy ass 'everybody with a Phanto face' scene, but it's alright. - Damn, Battler's been shell-shocked by the Game Three strategy. Or perhaps, he's still trying to figure out how Nanjo died and can't come to grips with it. I know how he feels. - Oh what the... smooth jazz? Did this turn into MvC2 all of a sudden? Beato's gonna take you for a ride! - XD, between the jazz, croissant hijinks, and finger pointing, this feels like the beginning of a Phoenix Wright case. Probably something about instant noodles or the Steel Samurai. - Hmm... why's Maria in the Fantasy section? Lambdadelta backing Beatrice, Bernkastel backing ANGE, Maria in-between? This looks interesting. - Battler x Beelzebub! - What the hell? Cheering for Beatrice's entrance? This has become a sitcom. Alright, where's the Trickster? - Beelzebub and Battler's shared reaction to her entrance is top-tier. If Beelzebub doesn't piss me off by the end of the episode, she's going to be very highly ranked. - "It seemed neither had a clue what was going on with the other." - Ronove top-tier too. - ANGE with the badass entrance. - Yeh, don't make fun of how pathetic Battler's been acting. He's totally pulling a DiNozzo! - The hell is a Menger sponge? - Note to self: Don't always trust Ronove then. Even if he's a bro. - "That's my name, dumbass."

Game 1: Eva did it. The only closed room that couldn't reasonably be broken by anyone else was Eva's. The chain was not unlike the Kinzo mystery where the murderer killed Eva and Hideyoshi in their own room and only could escape after the chain was broken by outsiders. Nanjo checked Hideyoshi's vitals, but not Eva's, and their room was never returned to again so we can't establish their corpses remaining there. However, the same could be said for everyone else in the game it seems. But it is unlikely one of those from the storeroom could have locked themselves in and gotten into Eva & Hideyoshi's room. Any of the murders following Eva's closed room could've had any killer. I suspect Eva the most though, with Kumasawa as a second. Maybe even Natsuhi considering Eva's not always where she was assumed to be in Game 3. Natsuhi could've killed Kinzo, made her own door look scratched up, and used the gun to kill some other people. When she stormed out of the meeting, she could've gone and given Maria the letter. May have to check again to see when Natsuhi arrived at Eva's room, but I think she was outside with Kanon when he first got there. Perhaps she painted the outside? Hmm...
Game 2: Too busy trying to scrub the goat teeth visual from my memory to care.

I didn't much like it the first time, but rereading it it's not so bad.
Also, I have to warn you. If you have any intention of solving the mystery at all, don't skip the non-gameboard stuff, in fact pay close attention to it.
Probably the number one reason why people don't get/misunderstand the answer.
Ange's past -- her life at the boarding school, her use of magic as a means of escape -- was pretty interesting to me. The dull part was when she conducted all those interviews in the present day to figure out the truth behind the murder. Her storyline doesn't pick up again until the scene that I figure Leon's referencing.
Also the ep4 intro was way better than storytime with Featherine's body double in ep6.
