No one here would understand but there is a certain alarm when the main boiler gets an MFT (Main Fuel Trip) and then allllllll the other alarms start going off and shit hits the fan and I can hear the turbine winding down.

Things that have happened since we got new people
Our pick numbers shot up We've lost a decent amount of good workers and have ended up in a cycle of desperately trying to hire,train and fill slots our numbers are so high we've had to force mandatory overtime including full saturdays for the past 6 weeks wit more to come despite us being told the constant barrage of orders and would slow down. we've gotten a bunch of stupid orders and demands that have hurt worker productivity rate, tracking rate and overall productivity management is either never here or whn they are here talk down to us like a bunch of fucking 15 year olds. Whenever we have a problem with something their immediate response is "There's the door" Shit is fucked, I'm only still here putting up with this because I work by myself in my own little department where nobody bothers me and I don't fuck up enough to be monitored and have been here for a year and a couple months already. I feel bad for the pickers tho, they're getting the brunt of the shit --- A worthless existence ... Copied to Clipboard!
