It was fun, I played on Easy because I suck at CRPGs and it still kicked my ass in some points. Went Human Noble background, didn't realize I was going to be some dude's son and rolled an avatar with grey hair and a long beard so that was kind of awkward lmao.

The writing... had moments of quality to it, but there were so many generic "only *we* can do it because we're the grey wardens!!1" lines that drove me nuts. And I never really felt... like being a Grey Warden meant anything in this universe, compared to being a Spectre in Mass Effect or something.

I never really quested with the dog after I had a full party but omg that thing was fucking hilarious lmao. I love after we tore up the rats in the pantry how he was smiling and barking all happily with blood all over his face.

The blood and gore were pretty awesome, kind of subtle but every once in a while your spell pops some dude's head off... and I loved it.

I got platinum trophy on this game I loved it so much. Was one of the highlights of the PS3. Man the one ending where Alistair becomes a drunk was depressing. It actually hit me in the feels. I really liked seeing all the different outcomes you could have.

I got bored after my mage playthrough trying to do a dual-wielder run recently. It's mostly an okay game, but it just makes me pine for Inquisition, where the cattiness is dialed up to eleven.

Might start on Awakening later.

Yeah, Awakening was somewhat enjoyable. I think there was a quest that was kinda whack and glitchy, so keep multiple saves if you run into it.

Alistair was a cool dude to quest with, I hated that he turned into an unreal, exceptionally whiny manchild at the very end and I ended up choosing Loghain.

I think I also banged Morrigan but only at the camp not at the end to spawn the anti-christ.

I really have to go look up what the Darkspawn are too, I realized I took a play break for a while... tbf even after the intro video I didn't have the most solid understanding of them lol, reminded me a lot of the enemies from Gears of War.

decided to give starfield another shot, I played it a fair amount on release then dropped it. Don't know where I'm at or what I'm doing in it at all lmao

Yeah I put like 20 hours in Starfield and then haven't touched it again lol.
