I am making ribs today. My plan is to make them low and slow in the oven for 3 or more hours, finish them on the grill. That seems to be the basics of making delicious fall off the bone ribs.

But what should I do? I have 2 racks of thawed out ribs and all day to spare.

pour a can or two of beer in a baking dish with the ribs all seasoned up and put tinfoil on top of the dish. 325 for about 4 hours in the oven then 10-20 on the grill

That sounds alright. As far as seasoning goes, what should I put on em?

Can't go wrong with salt pepper garlic. Gonna sauce it anyways right?

275 for 2/3 hours and just use whatever dry rub you like and whatever sauce you like and they'll turn out great.

I use Killer Hogs dry rub.and Stubbs sauce.

Put it in the crock pot for 8 hours on low, when it's done, season it with garlic, course pepper, red pepper, and salt. Cover it in bbq sauce of your choice and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. It'll be tender.

Forget the simple part, jump in your time machine and do this haha:

But really its not that complicated and I follow it for reference when making spareribs and just do all the cooking in the oven. You don't really need to do the whole trimming and 2 different rubs and thumb grinder stuff.

I just douse it in a little liquid smoke, put together the rib rub mix from allrecipes. 2 hrs on 300 (lower if your oven runs hot) . I don't mist but it probably wont hurt. Do the foil pouch for 1 hour then do the 1 hour rest just on a counter or whatever. Then I broil it for 15min or so for some char. This might be where you want to throw it on the grill if you haven't decided to just do the whole thing out there. Then add whatever sauce you want and throw it back on the grill/broiler for 5 min or so just to dry and get that nice glaze and I usually do another layer of sauce anyway and you're good.
