Halfway through and I cant believe Ive never watched it before. Ive always seen it at blockbuster in the before times and then on streaming things and been like meh, but its great so far. Its like office space or sugar and spice or American pie.. idk what I thought it was, but I love it so far

I worked at Blockbuster when it came out and I always thought the cover looked annoying, plus I don't like Matthew Broderick.

I had a friend that was a political science major, and she loved Election. Barack Obama's favorite movie is Election

During my time at university, there was a popular female candidate that ran on anti-student government platform, kind of an anarchy proposal, and people compared it to the movie Election

Yeah me and Obama have a lot in common

As a kid I sympathized with Matthew Broderick but now I see he was clearly in the wrong. Reese might have been in the wrong too, but that doesn't justify his actions. Definitely a crazy movie overall. Some scenes I remember thinking were weird/didn't understand as a kid.

never seen that but reminds me I need to watch The Candidate

i had to stop the movie so I didnt get to finish it
