I'm a vegetarian so it has cucumber, carrot, avocado, and tofu inside. I bought a cheap sushi bazooka on prime day. This was my first attempt using it. I don't have a rolling mat but rolling it in nori was actually the easiest part. There were things I know I can do better though. I probably over stuffed it in the beginning. I should have let the rice cool down more.
