I have daughters, although I already did my Christmas with them as they are on vacation with their mom 2. I just like the overall spirit - movies, music, decorations, Christmas beer. I have a real tree, lots of decorations and am burning some fir scented candles. dummy420 12/22/22 11:14:29 AM #8:	Its still great. Its often the only time I am guaranteed to go see my parents and siblings. Gifts dont matter much since if I want something I just buy it anyway. I usually get around a dozen different gifts to open. Plus it's fun buying gifts for my family and seeing if they like what I got them. I'm really grateful for my family. It wasn't until I dated my ex that it really sunk in how different it is for some adults. Her family was lower class, so once they hit around 16/17, they stopped getting gifts on Christmas.
