I don't know what you take Jay-Z as or understand the intelligence that Jay-Z has. From rags to riches, he ain't dumb.

I'd love to meet Jay-Z. I've been a massive fan of his since the late 90's. But I don't know if meeting him is worth passing up on 500k. He's incredibly successful, but I doubt he'll be passing on tons of knowledge over dinner. If it was a choice between instant 500k or Jay-Z helping you start a business, then yeah, the money would be a stupid choice. But there's no guarantee he'll share tips over dinner.

Money. There's nothing Jay-Z could say that you couldn't find out for free through other sources. And even if he were to tell you how to be successful, that doesn't guarantee you will be successful. In fact, he could literally tell you exactly what to do and there's still a low chance of it working. There is 0 reason to have the dinner with Jay-Z if you are trying to get rich.
