Of course no one outside of the fringes of smartphone users care about the literal color of texts bubbles (saying she dumped you because you had green texts is a meme). However, because of iMessage features having a group chat will all Apple users is a much better experience than having one with Android users. The only way around this is to use a third party texting app, and then you'll be suere to face privacy concerns or be using an app that no one else uses. If you refuse to admit this is a drawback of owning an Android your opinion is clearly biased and means nothing
