I think the same tbh. I thought it was a big improvement.

Although I'll always prefer an entertaining mess over the same old shit done worse which was all ASM1 was.

Yeah I liked asm 2 more (bearing in mind that a turd is still a turd)

It finally reached so bad it's good territory. garfield was less unlikably douchey than he was in asm 1. I unironically wanted to see felicity jones as black cat.

And then you had their hilarious take on some villains which was just... fucking lol I can't even. The whole goblin plot with the made up disease gobbledygook or whatever it was called... just ridiculously bad.

The ten minutes Osborn and Electro team up is genuinely fantastic. Their chemistry is off the fucking charts and actually even the MCU has too little of villains working together like that.

Maybe it's because it was SO hated that I went into it with zero expectations, but I thought ASM2 was decent. It had some dumb shit in it but nothing egregiously so.

ASM was fine too in that it was a fun romantic comedy and a really bad superhero movie bolted together into one Frankenstein monster of a movie.
