Until the last level...
It's legitimately bullshit at times. Great game but the last few sections can kiss the dryest part of my ass.

I remember playing it on PC and there was a way to switch Max's character model with any other model in the game, so naturally I had to play through as naked shower Mona. They made her, um, surprisingly detailed

double fisting a couple of pistols and throwing whatever grenades I had kinda made me feel like Spike from Cowboy Bebop, during the last episode.

the final boss fight was pretty lame, though, IMO.

The lack annoying platforming sections and the focus on precise aiming puts 3 the top for me. Damn, that game is so good.

If it ever let you play the damn thing. That game has cutscene overdrive and it is obnoxious. Felt like most levels were me shooting a few people then being thrust into another acid trip cutscene. The pacing was wildly off, but when it DID let you play, it was a complete blast. Multiplayer was a trip too

oh yea, it's been a long time since I've played, so I only remember the mansion then the final fight.

All 3 games are amazing. I just wish 3 was gritty and in nyc

Yeah, my only real issue with it are the mostly unskippable cutscenes and that fact that you can't carry a shitload of weapons on you. Other than that, I love everything about it; the new setting, the style, the direction that they took Max in. They molded all of it together extremely well, and the improved shooting is the sweet cherry on top.
