Well, 3 of them will be unpaid but anyway!

Im quitting my current job on July 31st and start my new one on August 24th.

And Im taking out all my vacation days and accumulated flex time before quitting so Ill have all of July off (paid). June 30th is in other words my last day of work until August 24th <(:D)>

If it's not too late, I'd stay working that extra month. Companies usually pay out the PTO you've accumulated upon quitting/firing. So rather than burning it all, you could work for the full month (or most) and get paid for it, except you'll be in that beautiful mode where everybody knows you're leaving so expectations will be super low so you can basically be lazy and vacation anyways.

Basically, you'd get a bonus for already being more or less vacationing.

That is a very clever idea. But I work in healthcare so it doesnt work like that for me unfortunately. The plus time I have in my flex account need to be taken out in time off, otherwise it burns when I quit

How much of your PTO remaining is "flex?" Yeah my company's "flex" days aren't paid out like standard PTO either.
