Weekends are busy, we have a lot of prep we have to do for the lunch and dinner rush. Most places are technically open because they don't want to pay unless the store is open but it's considered bad form to order in the morning, a few orders or a single large order can put us behind hours. One time we got a 9 pizza order, someone throwing a party. Another time(this one was on a friday), an 8 pizza order 5 breadsticks, 3 cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, over 100 bone in and bone out wings, and a bunch of cinnamon buns all for one order.
