Former Democratic "Progressive" Tulsi Gabbard has officially crossed party lines and has proudly joined the REPUBLICAN PARTY as she received a standing ovation from CPAC!!

She was a supporter of Bernie Sanders and claims to align with him politically when he ran for president in 2016 and was a frequent guest on Fox News gave a twisty-turny speech where she raged against the "power-elite" and their "co-conspirators" in the mainstream media and the security state

She pleased right-wing conservatives by saying in an ideal world their leaders would haul James Clapper before a judge and answer for his lies to Congress about how government is collecting information and they would support the Durham investigation and Clinton Corruption in 2016

She went after both groups in congress who "talk a good game" about civil liberties but when it comes time to cast a vote like getting rid of secrt FISA courts and protecting the 4th amendment rights to privacy, they vote on the sider of the power elite and against liberty

She said "I've gotta say, when Matt and i first spoke on the phone about me coming here, we both had a similar reaction to each other saying, yeah there's gonna probably be some strong thoughts that people are going to share with both of us" referrin to Matt Schlapp

She said progressives called her a TRAITOR. Hillary Clinton famously suggested that Russians were 'grooming' Gabbard though didn't use her name when mentioning a candidate

She threw her support for Sanders claiming the democratic elites were in favour of rigging the election in Clinton's favour and that Matt had similar warnings from Republicans when Trump was running for the nomination

Then she launched an attack on tribalism in the country and said they are all God's children and that are one nation under god just as the american oath says

Gabbard then attacked the mouthpiece media and big tech stating "I'm sure you've all heard them before, i have. Like today, russian aset. White Supremacist. Bigot. Racist. Extremist. Traitor. What's even more dangerous than this threat of being canceled is the federal government wielding its power and might to punish those who dare to question or disagree with them and their policies"

She used Justin Trudeau as an attack piece on moving against truckers for his authoritaria and tyricannical means to supress, peaceful mass protest against the power elite

Then she attacked the AG for his disgraceful attacks on the american parents of loudon county demonstrating against mask wearing and CRT which she says should be BANNED

Gabbard says she intends to support DONALD TRUMP for 2024 and can't wait to campaingn for him

Hurts my head how Republicans can celebrate having far and away the most popular news channels and podcasts, and populating half of Congress with a good chance to take back the White House, but still talk about the government, mainstream media and elite as if they are not part of it.

I remember someone on NPR calling her out as a Machurian candidate back during the primaries.
It's sad that she has the pedigree, but doesn't want to play the same game as Democrats. But she's been totally off the wagon since 2020 for bizarre reasons. We'll see if she goes back on her thoughts on LGBT and the environment.

Can't say I follow her career, but the posters I'm more inclined to believe on CE have been calling her a Republican for quite some time now so no suprise.
