Kentucky Police are begging the public in helping find a man who is believed to have broken into former Republican Kentucky State Lawmaker's HUGE MANSION and in a robbery attempt and MURDERED his 32 y/o daughter!!

23 y/o Shannon Vince Gilday forced his way into the former State Rep. C. Wesley Morgan's 6.5 million Richmond mansion palace at 4am armed with a rifle where he shot and killed Morgan's daughter, Jordan multiple times while she was ASLEEP.

Then he confronted Morgan and the 2 exchanged gunfire before he fled in a white Toyota Corolla.

Morgan and his wife sustained injuries and were taken into hospital

He remains on the run and is charged with murder, first degree burglary and first degree crimina mischief and two counts of attempted murder

They said they might have some clues on the motive but have not confirmed yet and that the daughter was not the intended target

Police did not know how many suspects were involved in the home invasion but after receiving an incredible tip in the wealthy area they were able to identify Gilday where he was seen on surveillange footage in hunting camoflage and tactical style pants and a dark hoodie with a light coloured facemask

He is described as 6' at 167lbs with brown hair and blue eyes and is considered armed and dangerous

The 71 y/o broke down in tears speaking on the loss of his daughter who said he was heartbroken before he abruptedly started crying as he an't understand why it couldn't have been him and said "i'd rather much it'd be me"

They were at home watching an episode of 1883 together, a western style tv drama from Paramount+ which is a spinoff to the highly popular conservative drama, Yellowstone

Morgan said his last moments with his daughter was when she put his arm around him and said "i love you daddy. And then she went to bed and that son of a b**** killed her. Until the day i die, i will think of her, yes i will but my life will never be the same"

Jordan Morgan made headlines in 2017 when she publicly accused state rep. Michael Meredith of sending her inappropriate messages as part of a sexual harassment sentiment involving 4 Republicans after working at Matt Bevin's successful 2015 campaign for Governor

Jordan left the world of politics to become assistant commonwealth's attorney prosecuting felonies and recently joined Reminger Law office

Friends and family said Jordan was the Queen of networking who always knew someone to connect others with in purusing higher career opportunities

Wesley served one term as a state rep who is known for his quirks as he went on to unsuccessfully challenged Mitch McConnell's state Republican primary in 2020

His mansion was listed as 14,300 square-foot with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a saltwater pool, steam sauna and heated floors on 200 acres of lakefront property that is advertised as a home that can withstand a NUCLEAR BLAST

The place is big and luxurious, so it's bound to attract some attention by default but worst of all the windows seem to have no coverings, so everything you and your family does and everything you own is on display for anyone nosy enough with a pair of binoculars, or worse a rifle's sights. Poor woman's life was cut short for no good reason.

This sounds more like an assassination attempt than anything else. When they find this POS they should just toss him into crocodile infested waters and left nature take its course.

A robber doesn't typically shoot sleeping people. This sounds like there's something more to the story.
