If their account is new, they can't get all that much reach. They're awful at handling things and unless you've got millions of subs or someone takes up your cause you basically have no recourse to what they decide to do. If you dispute a copyright claim on youtube its kicked back to the people who filed the claim to review and decide if it should be withdrawn.
