26 y/o Issa Ismail, a barber from Detroit, Michigan came out as transgender at 19 and has been living as a male for 6 YEARS until now she say she is DE-TRANSITIONING back to a FEMALE because she HATES living like a MAN!!

She had already transitioned between those years and had her BREASTS removed and took hormones for 6 years after completing her new male appearance with facial hair, a deeper voice, muscle growrth and redistributing fat away from her hips and breasts

5 years later however she decided to transition back to her female gender and stopped testosterone therapy altogether and is sharing her experience in hoping to help others who are struggling with their gender identity and are unsure about transitioning

She said as a child she always felt "very fluid" and lived like a tom boy all her life but in her teens she was hyper-feminine embracing all stereotypical girl activities like dating boys and wearing makeup

But at 19 she struggled knowing who she was and came out trans to her family and began the whole complete makeover to look more masculine

But then at 24 she realized she didn't liek this anymore as she felt depressed living like a man and had an EPIPHANY that she didn't have to be on hormones for the rest of her life and had a relief that she can stop this

She said she never expected herself to look like a woman again sans the breasts but is happy with the results

She said testosterone is such a powerful hormone as it began her transformation quite quickly and she wants other trans people who are struggling with this to truly listen to themselves and follow their intuition if it's what they really want. She wants trans people to feel solidified in their identity and want to help trans people feel comfortable and ok with questioning their identity..

For Issa, hormones wasn't a life long path for her and it doesn't mean the same for the next person but she realized that living like a man like this wasn't her anymore and she hated having a male sounding voice and male body hair.

She is now at peace with herself and is finally a woman again who will go right back to buying FEMININE clothing.

Her hair is already growing back out again and will NO LONGER posts pics of herself SHIRTLESS but will leave up the pics of her MALE self for the memories on her instagram
