"Apparently seeking to appease public ire, Tokayev sacked Nazarbayev as head of the powerful Security Council on Wednesday, and took it over himself. He also appointed a new head of the State Security Committee, successor to the Soviet-era KGB, and removed Nazarbayev's nephew from the No. 2 position on the committee.
Tokayev's Cabinet also resigned."

Wow what a dumpster fire

The title of this news article is misleading. Upon first glance, a frequenter of the website whence this article originated might be led to either believe in or be skeptical of the absurd idea of a country sending in a resignation of sorts, much like a frustrated, underpaid worker who feels that his talents are being wasted and neglected. However, upon reading the article, the reader would soon discover that it was just this Tokayev bloke's board of advisors that resigned, not the country that they work to oversee. One can infer that the title was intentionally phrased poorly in this fashion, possibly to garner views for this article for the extra revenue that would be obtained by luring its loyal readers to fall prey to the advertisements they would encounter upon visiting this particular article.

Oh. So my initial assumption was incorrect. Moreover, my conjecture about the phrasing of the article title might have been inaccurate also, I have discovered, after realizing that this particular article does not show any advertisements that are visible when the former is viewed through the browser I am using at the present moment.
