FF_Redux 12/13/21 11:12:23 AM #1:	was buying groceries, and the package with beef was punctured by something in my paper bag as I was in line for buying cigs, blood was everywhere on the floor. Ugh, lucky I have my social anxiety in check so I didnt panic, but yeh. Its thin cuts of beef, google says minute steak but it doesnt really look like the images. Its fresh brussel srpouts, I just picked off the leaves and mixed in the salad, adds a nice crunch and nuttyness. Not at all thai to add that but it works so well.
