that already exists and has for awhile. you point the camera at something and it'll decipher it and say it out loud. Also, what a weird app in the movie...So that person just sits there all day specifically for Sophie?

The app is more like the volunteer signs in and waits, then a client logs in with a question and gets connected then.

So you don't just wait for specific clients, you get the notification and then connected to whoever is calling.
