Most teens, especially girls, are having sex as young as 14. Most of the first world countries have set the age of consent set to 16 (even the usa is 2/3), and thats how it should be, if anyone REALLY thinks this is too low then just add a 4 year romeo and juliet gap. The older party in this situation should not have to worry about being charged with statutory rape, when it literally could have been someone they went to highschool with and took classes alongside.
