TL;DR: Civil War isnt happening. Maybe a few whackos might uprise but theyll be shot dead or in jail immediately(See Jan. 6).

The issue with this stuff is the guy in question doesn't hold a weird or unusual position. His position is one held by a disturbing percentage of the conservative political sphere. "Our cheating isn't enough to always off set the fact that more people vote for the other side than our side so we should just start killing them"
