Who decides who is in charge of any of these communities? I'd imagine there are people all over America that would like to voice their opinion or be a part of that conversation and won't be able due to a variety of reasons. What if the people chosen to attend this discussion are happy with what is said but the rest of the community is not, does that mean the conversation is invalid? What about vice versa?
