Firewood18 10/21/21 7:45:53 PM #1:	I took the first couple of checks but then went on the IRS site and canceled it. My wife just got a check for half the amount in her name. You had to use a cell phone with internet to cancel it (my cell has no internet - why do I need it?). I couldn't call someone. I couldn't schedule an appointment. So if your earnings have increased this year, you might need that cushion in case you owe more.
