Is he the one who decided to let Sweden go for natural herd immunity? Swedens covid response, especially during 2020, would have been more or less the same regardless of which of our 8 major parties held the Prime-ministership. Decision making during events like this pandemic lies strongly with our Agencies. So our equivalent of the CDC and Anthony Fauci made most of the calls.
