Last timed one I ran was 2 years ago and I ran 23:55, which was my PR.

I have been putting in a lot of work running this summer. Today I put in a 6:59 mile and felt pretty good at that pace, so hopefully I can set a new PR this Saturday.

But I could manage a 7min pace for 5km I bet

I haven't run one since cross country in high school, but I think the fastest I ran one then was in the neighborhood of 19 minutes

If I had to run one right now, I think I'd probably do 25 or 26 minutes.

Everytime I've run a 5K I didn't train in advance for one though. And I wouldn't do that anyway because running is super boring to me. I've only done 5Ks with friends.

not very fast, i run to far and my repeatedly broken ankle gives out. i could fast walk it in about 30 minutes though.

I havent ran one since high school but it was 17:20 then.

I haven't run one in a very long time. Maybe like 35-40 minutes? Never been much of a runner.

Last time I did a local 5k i ended with 27:13.

20 minutes. I wouldn't complete it, but after running for 5 minutes and walking the next 15 minutes I know I would be finished with that and go do something else.

My PR in high school was 17:51. I ran one a few years ago after doing a 5-week couch-to-5K training plan and did it in ~22:30.

I used be able to do it in around 18 minutes. I'm older now and am currently experiencing tendon pain, so I definitely would be much slower now.

around 25 minutes. i could do just over 20 when i was younger and in shape.

I vcan run/walk it in about an hour or so

My personal best is around 28 minutes.

Granted, I'm in no way a runner, and have only done maybe a half dozen organized 5K runs.

New PR, 22:06. I'm pretty happy with that, but annoyed with how close I was to sub 22.
