I'm still in that starting area, but the immediate shenanigans are so good, and bokoblins are great enemies to experiment on.

I wondered for ages why I liked BOTW so much and the answer is that it's basically Zelda in a Fallout (post-apocalyptic, after the end style) setting, and the two mix VERY well

I still need to play it even though I own it. I bought DQ11, XC2 + Golden Country, and BoTW thinking I could finish them all in a week or two lol

They let you fuck around so much, and the around-fucking has meaning, because physics. Boulders and fallen trees definitely have some exploit potential.

I wish I was able to enjoy it as much as you. It felt empty to me after a while. I enjoyed the interaction with the environment though

Well good luck finding it TC, I didn't even find it on my first playthrough until a friend pointed it out. glad you're able to properly enjoy the game. Head to the bottom far right when you get around or so hearts for a fun challenge ;) If it feels like you have to fly really far to get there you're in the right place.
