So last week I fell asleep at the computer with my hand on the mouse. When I woke up I couldn't put my hand or wrist straight. I phoned the doctor and he said it seem to be nerve damage in my wrist. That causes "wrist drop" and makes it hard to move your fingers. He said it could clear up in two week but booked me in with a physiotherapist for Monday.

The main problem for me is I'm right handed so using me left is both interesting and annoying. I've zero chance playing video games too. Still only time will tell if this will fix itself.

That happened to me, it took a while but it went away on it's own. Though its probably at 90% of what it used to be.

I dunno bout nerve damage but I had wrist problems when I had to type on the computer a lot at work. I ended up wearing a hand/wrist brace at one point. That was years ago and I don't use computers now only my phone so I haven't had wrist issues since.
