yeah, tough not to put Aereo-Plain at the top, isn't it? just a timeless record you can put on any time at all and get lifted. the one i seem to go back to next most often is Mark Twang, it's very start-to-finish solid for me
songs: in tall buildings don't leave your records in the sun and tryin' to do something to get your attention from Mark Twang have some quintessential JH humor so i love them for that trying to pick highlights out of Aereo-Plain is basically impossible, i've just reminded myself. every track is gold. i guess i have particular soft spots for Steam Powered Aereo Plane, Holdin', Steamboat Whistle Blues ("i'd sit and watch my TV, if i thought i could trust the news") ... "In Tall Buildings" is so good.
