Coin Purse is useful if you have absolutely nothing else to grab and you need it. Pierced Butterfly is fine, but I generally enjoy Lambent Plume if I'm doing a one-keepsake-only run. Bone Hourglass is the way to go. The buffs are so good and it's honestly the best place to spend your obols. I typically like taking it for Elysium, but if I got a particularly good run, I'd keep it on for Styx too. All the other keepsakes, I don't have any real opinion on. --- I feel completely refreshed. I tend to ignore this row the most. Old Spiked Collar and Lucky Tooth are great when you're still new to the game. Coin Purse is useful if you have absolutely nothing else to grab and you need it. Pierced Butterfly is fine, but I generally enjoy Lambent Plume if I'm doing a one-keepsake-only run.
