They used AI to improve the backgrounds, manually redrawing a bit here and there, and then manually redrew over ten thousand edges and area names while fixing some sound and animation bugs. There's also the option to replace some music with the work of Pontus Hultgren, but I won't be doing that again unless he manages to do all of the tracks someday. It comes with Memoria and all of the options that allows. You can change how ATB works, add Beatrix to your party if you don't want to use a mod for that, cheat on Jump Rope, and all sorts of other things.
