I don't know if I'd say it's ridiculous they kicked him for that - I don't know about NYC's laws specifically but I imagine when this was filmed it was still illegal and the producers have to worry about the integrity of their show since they're leasing this space and everything. And that other guy that season kept making comments like "I'm gonna squash that sausage" and "wipe the weiner" and stuff it just all got really sexual sounding. Sausage and Joey, the winner from s2, apparently started their own shop which I thought was interesting since they had both worked at the same shop, too. ALSO Halo owns this really famous local tattoo shop I've known about for a long time, I didn't realize it was his.
