Have had these pinprick feelings in my legs recently. Most of the time I know they're just cat scratches but lately I'm not entirely sure.

Does tylenol help or is it supposed to be an aspirin specifically

if you're forming bloodclots in your legs randomly then you've got some pretty serious medical issues going on that need proper treatment and medication, go to a doctor or enjoy getting a random stroke/heart attack.

I mean I don't know if I'd say it's random. I sit/lay down for many hours at a time so that isn't going to do me any favors.

if this is from some form of desk-job then every hour get up for 5 minutes and move around.

As said, talk to a doctor.

Asprinin is definitely best as a simple preventative and inflammation reductor.
