weighed myself this morning and it seemed too light but oh well and later had to take a massive poopie, so I know to deduct 1-2 lbs now. Im 6ft, work out 5 days a week, 30-45 minutes of cardio every day. I try to eat 2300 calories a day, so should I up them or be like whatever.
