I agreed to buy a house, for sale by owner.
The sellers are two siblings. The house belonged to their late mother.
Apparently they don't get along great, which might possibly explain the delay I am dealing with.
Well I have signed the purchase agreement and one of the siblings has signed the purchase agreement. However now I am stuck waiting for the other to sign. Apparently "they are really busy at work right now." Like all you have to do is sign a piece of paper, get on with it already.

Inspections were done last week and no major problems. Biggest issue is the septic tank needs to pumped out, which isn't a big deal.

Here is a shot of the backyard (most of the property sits on the sides of the house) and the woods that sit behind it (I wouldn't own the woods but can go back there if I like).



I'll post pictures of the actual house if/when I close on it.
